UHai AI Skin Analysis — Disclaimer and Data Notice

What UHai Does

UHai is a digital pre-consultation tool designed to help patients understand their skin health and explore treatment options available at Zuri Medical Clinic. The tool works as follows:

• You provide your name, email address, and telephone number.
• You complete a 22-question skin and lifestyle questionnaire.
• You take and submit 5 photographs of your face and neck from specified angles.
• UHai analyses your responses and images using artificial intelligence and generates two reports.

The first report (the Patient Report) is visible to you immediately and is also emailed to the address you provide. It contains: observations about your skin based on your photographs and questionnaire responses; a suggested skincare routine; suggested treatment options available at Zuri Medical Clinic; and a prompt to book a consultation.

The second report (the Clinical Report) is a more detailed analytical summary visible only to Dr Bhavin Garara. It is used to support pre-consultation preparation and is not shared with you directly.

Important Limitations — Please Read Carefully

• The outputs of UHai are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute a clinical diagnosis, medical opinion, or treatment recommendation.
• UHai cannot assess your full medical history, contraindications, or clinical suitability for any treatment. These can only be determined through a face-to-face consultation with Dr Bhavin Garara.
• The skin observations generated by UHai are based on the quality and angles of the photographs submitted. Lighting conditions, camera quality, and image clarity will affect the accuracy of the analysis.
• Treatment suggestions within the Patient Report are illustrative of what the clinic offers. They are not personalised treatment plans and should not be acted upon without a prior clinical consultation.
• UHai is designed to encourage and facilitate a booking — it is the starting point of your journey, not a clinical decision-making tool.

Who Can Use UHai

UHai is intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. By submitting your information through UHai, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

The tool is publicly accessible on our website. Use of UHai does not constitute a clinical relationship with Dr Bhavin Garara or Zuri Medical Clinic. A clinical relationship begins only upon attendance at a booked consultation.

Your Data — What We Collect and How We Use It

By using UHai, you are providing us with personal data, including special category health data (photographs of your face and information about your skin). We process this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (www.drbhavingarara.com/privacy-policy) and the UK GDPR.

Data Collected

• Contact details: full name, email address, telephone number.
• Questionnaire responses: skin type, concerns, lifestyle factors, and skincare habits.

• To generate your Patient Report and email it to you.
• To generate the Clinical Report for Dr Garara's pre-consultation review.
• To store your profile within the Zuri Medical Clinic patient management system.
• To contact you in relation to your UHai submission and any subsequent consultation booking.

Image Storage and Retention

Photographs submitted through UHai are stored as part of your patient profile within our secure clinic management system. Images are not shared with third parties for commercial purposes and are not used for marketing without your separate explicit consent.

You have the right to request that your photographs be deleted from our system at any time. To make this request, contact us at info@drbhavingarara.com. Please note that where images form part of a clinical record following a consultation, medical record retention obligations may apply (minimum 8 years).

Automated Decision-Making

The analysis generated by UHai involves automated processing of your photographs and questionnaire responses. This does not constitute solely automated decision-making with legal or significant effects — the outputs are informational reports reviewed by Dr Garara, not clinical decisions made without human involvement.

Email Report — Important Notice

Your Patient Report will be sent to the email address you provide. Please ensure this address is correct before submitting. We cannot be responsible for reports sent to incorrect email addresses. If you do not receive your report within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and contact us at info@drbhavingarara.com.

Your Patient Report is personal to you. Please keep it secure. We recommend not sharing it publicly, as it contains personal skin health information.

No Liability for Reliance on AI Outputs

Afyatech Ltd accepts no liability for any action taken or not taken in reliance on the outputs of UHai. The tool is provided in good faith as a supplementary informational resource. Clinical decisions must always be made with a qualified medical practitioner.

We make no representations about the accuracy of AI-generated skin analysis outputs. Results will vary depending on photographic conditions, skin tone, and individual variation.

Withdrawing Consent and Data Requests
